Webshop products and fees are payed when ordered. All prices include V.A.T.
Any hardware, like ski or snowboard bindings, skate trucks or wheels are not part of the price. Lunik recommends that the buyer asks professionals to install the aforementioned pieces of hardware.
Products are shipped within 2-5 business days when products are in stock. If they are not, feel free to contact us and ask for delivery time. LUNIK is not responsible for delays caused by transport companies or other third parties.
Shipping costs and methods
Deliveries in Finland are done by Matkahuolto. Transport fees may vary depending of the destination. Orders over 300€ are shipped free of charge.
Other areas deliveries are done by Posti. Transport fees may vary depending of the destination. Please note customs fees outside EU. Customs fees are always paid by customer.
Returns and exchanges
The customer has the right for 14 days returns from the day of receiving the product. In case of returning, the customer must contact LUNIK. The return must be done according the instructions given by LUNIK. The product must be unused and in same condition you received it.
To complete your return you must attach in the email the following info: Order number, name, address, email and phone number. Method of payment and copy of the order confirmation.
Money will be refunded when the return is admitted. After 14 days we no longer accept returns.
LUNIK makes sure that every product leaves the workshop in top condition. If the product is damaged or lost during shipping or a wrong product is shipped, the customer must contact us at email@example.com
